Purchasing services and subscriptions — clients can opt for individual services or recurring packages of manicures, pedicures, make-up, eyebrow styling, eyelash extensions and spa procedures .
Ololonails Cards, Vouchers and Gift Cards — the ideal gift for any occasion. They can be given to loved ones;
Validity and use Ololonails Gift Cards can be used to pay for any service available in the salon: manicure, pedicure, make-up, eyebrow styling, eyelash extensions and spa procedures. The cards can be issued in physical or digital format and have a validity period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Modification and cancellation The value of a Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded, in part or in full, after payment has been made. In the event of loss or damage to a physical card, the holder may request its reissue only if proof of payment is presented.
Customer data The Customer undertakes to provide correct, complete and updated information when purchasing a Gift Card, to ensure correct payment processing and delivery of the card.
Payment Payment for Ololonails Gift Cards can be made by credit/debit card, via the online platform or directly in the salon. After payment confirmation, the card will be issued and sent to the client in the chosen form (digital or physical).
Trademark and copyright The copyright for all information on this Site is owned by OLOLO NAILS SRL. No material on this Site may be reproduced, either partially or in full, or modified without the express consent of OLOLO NAILS SRL, the holder of this right.
